Ideal for sensitive, urgent or hard to fill vacancies, under this agreement your vacancy will be prioritised and all our resources will be invested to find suitable candidates, these resources will include not only contingency recruitment methods and advertising but also a search and selection assignment will be performed to ensure you have been made aware of all possible candidates both proactive and passive, ultimately ensuring you get the most competitive candidate for you vacancy.

In addition a full report on the assignment will be provided along with CV’s to give you a further understanding of the current talent available in your industry.

* Freelance Solutions

We work closely with reputable freelancers, with a quality rather than quantity approach. Providing you with temporary workers to assist with your requirements, be it assistance on a tender, holiday cover, maternity cover, to fill the gap whilst you seek permanent or to run with a project in an out of the norm location. 

 *Senior Appointments

At Talk Recruitment we are experienced at working Senior Level vacancies and can offer a recruitment approach tailored to be sensitive on the information of the company recruiting whilst still providing you a shortlist of suitable candidates and a candidate market report.

 *Managed Advertising

We are able to offer support in managing the advertising of vacancies both via our own website, Industry related Job Boards and Social Media. If requested this also includes the filtering of job seeker response.

We like to see ourselves as a recruitment consultancy rather than an agency and with that look to offer a more consultative service.

 Once we receive your job specification our resource of the job will include searching our bespoke database, CV Searching and Advertisement on national Job Boards for the latest candidates, Print Media Advertisement, Candidate Referral Schemes, Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+) networking and finally should all other efforts draw a blank we will begin a Search & Selection assignment (Includes local industry name gathering and headhunting).

 It is our aim to assess the market for as many available and passively looking candidates possible and filter this initial sum down thereby selecting those that stand out as the best quality due to their skill set suitability and crucially their motivation to join your company.
