Requirements:
To be considered for this Electrical Site Manager role you must meet the following criteria:
- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a Site Manager, Contracts Engineer, Project Engineer or Project Manager.
-Electrical Bias.
- Previous experience in building sector projects such as Industrial , Distribution Centre, Warehouse, Logistics Depots or similar is essential.
- Previous Sub contractor or main contractor employment.
- High level of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
Location:
Staffordshire / Midlands / North West / Flexible to visit sites nationally
(initial project Merseyside)
Remuneration:
The successful Electrical Site Manager will receive:
*£45,000 - £55,000 Basic (Dependent on experience)
*Car / Allowance
*Pension
*Bonus
