COMPANY:
My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast growing workload.
As a result of securing further new projects, this employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Design Manager to work initially on a multi-million pound Leisure sector project in Dudley.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria:
- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager. Architecture or Design Engineering backgrounds also considered.
- Previous experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Apartment Blocks, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Extra Care Housing, MOJ, Industrial, Education or Healthcare. (Ideally previous public sector project experience)
- Ideally previous Main Contractor employment but not essential.
- High level of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
- Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide.
LOCATION:
Dudley / West Midlands
REMUNERATION:
The successful Design Manager will receive:
*£50,000 - £60,000 Basic (Dependant on experience)
*Car / Allowance
*Healthcare
*Pension
Freelance Candidates also considered:
-£260 to £350 per day
