Company:

My client is a reputable building contractor going through an exciting period of organic growth and off the back of another successful and profitable year are looking to recruit an aftercare site manager to lead client after care management and defect resolution.

An ideal opportunity for an experienced maintenance manager or a construction site manager looking to transfer over to a maintenance / project aftercare manager role. 

Role:

-Take a completed project from practical completion to making good defects certificate.

-Liaising with clients and / or occupiers on general build construction projects (variety of building project sectors).

-Organising direct labour and sub-contractors to ensure defects are dealt with promptly and effectively. 

Location - Nottinghamshire 

Requirements: 

To be considered for this Aftercare Manager role you must meet the following criteria:

- Previous employment as a Maintenance Manager, Site Manager, Aftercare Manager or similar. 
- Previous experience on construction / building projects such as (Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, MOJ, Residential or Leisure) is essential.
- Previous main contractor, sub contractor or house builder employment.
- Confident and well organized. 
- High level of communication and client facing skills. 
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).

Remuneration:

The successful Aftercare Site Manager will receive:

*£35,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on experience)
*Plus company benefits.
