Talk recruitment successfully assisted me in recruiting both a local permanent Design Coordinator with good up and coming potential as well as also fulfilling a difficult contract requirement for a Design Manager, this role was particularly difficult to recruit for on the basis that the location was outside of our usual geographic patch and it being quite an isolated area meant a limited local candidate base.
