Technical Coordinator / Design Coordinator - Housing
Exciting opportunity to join a growing modular house builder.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this Technical Coordinator role you must meet the following criteria:
- Knowledge of Housing Sector.
- Previous employment as a Technical Coordinator, Technical Co-ordinator, Technical Manager, Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager.
- Previous experience on residential projects.
-Previous House Builder / Developer employment.
-Not Essential to have previous modular experience.
-Need someone with drawing and design experience and also job runners that can produce the information as they try to do all of working drawing packs in house.
-Proficient in the use of AutoCAD/revit/BIM .
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
REMUNERATION:
The successful Design Coordinator will receive:
*£30,000 - £50,000 Basic (Dependant on experience)
*Car Allowance
*Pension
