Site Manager - Social Housing Refurbishments - Norfolk

Opportunity to join a leading reputable building main contractor working on a long term stable housing framework. Excellent opportunity for long term pipeline of work and job security.
Housing projects will include Kitchens / Bathrooms and Fire Doors refurbs / installations. Also long term local work in Norfolk, predominately Norwich.
Requirements:
To be considered for this Site Manager role you must meet the following criteria:
- Knowledge of the Housing sector.
- Previous employment as a Site Manager, Works Manager, Build Manager, Construction Manager or equivalent.
- Previous experience on Housing Refurb projects required.
- Previous main contractor employment history is essential.
- Quality driven, someone who takes pride in their work.
- Strong awareness of health and safety legislation.
- High level of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
Remuneration:
The successful Site Manager will receive:
*£40,000 - £50,000 Basic (Dependent on experience)
*Car / Allowance
*Healthcare
*Pension
