Design Manager / Senior Design Manager - Building / Construction - London / Middlesex
Opportunity to join one of the UK's leading building main contractors based in the South East.
You will work at both preconstruction and live works stages on projects located in London, so flexibility to travel in this region is required.
Ideally you will have experience working on High Rise Residential or Commercial projects which are some of their busier sectors at present. BIM knowledge / experience would also be advantageous but not essential.

My client is a reputable building contractor, with a busy and growing workload.
This employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Design Manager / Senior to work on a range of Building Sector projects.
Ideal for an already experienced Senior Design Manager or a Design Manager looking for promotion now or in the near future.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria:
- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager.
- Previous experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Apartment Blocks, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Extra Care Housing, MOJ, Industrial, Education or Healthcare.
- Ideally previous Main Contractor employment but not essential.
- High level of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).

LOCATION:
London / Middlesex
Time will be spent between being based at their Middlesex office working on tenders and visiting live projects in the London region.
